CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
PRE-QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Utility contractors desiring to do work for the BWA must be pre-qualified before bidding on a project. Contractors must submit the Contractor Qualification Packet, which includes general company information, financial statements, and previous projects. Credit checks and references checks will be performed on all companies requesting Qualified Contractor status. There is a $200 non-refundable fee required with the initial qualification request. Qualified contractors must re-qualify every three (3) years. The fee for re-qualification is $100.
